The hotel's location was the only good thing about it, ideal for resting at night, perfect in the center but not too crowded. The rooms were spacious but needed some repair work, some warm aspects. The service was a mixed bag with rude encounters but also a very sweet and welcoming staff member in the morning. The dining experience was unreasonably expensive, better options nearby. Facilities were lacking. Good view on the rooftops of Brugge.

The hotel had a tired look about it, but the owner was nice enough and the view across the rooftops towards the city was lovely. Unfortunately, there was mold under the window, which isn't healthy.

The service had its ups and downs. The blonde lady in the morning was sweet and welcoming, but the white-haired staff member was quite unfriendly. However, there was another member who was incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly.
