The hotel's location was the only good thing about it, ideal for resting at night, perfect in the center but not too crowded. The rooms were spacious but needed some repair work, some warm aspects. The service was a mixed bag with rude encounters but also a very sweet and welcoming staff member in the morning. The dining experience was unreasonably expensive, better options nearby. Facilities were lacking. Good view on the rooftops of Brugge.
The hotel had a tired look about it, but the owner was nice enough and the view across the rooftops towards the city was lovely. Unfortunately, there was mold under the window, which isn't healthy.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was perfect, right in the city center, but the rooms were not as expected and lacked maintenance. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some helpful moments but also instances of rudeness. The dining options were simple but satisfactory. The facilities were decent overall.
